Thanksgiving Parish Office Hours
In remembrance of Thanksgiving, kindly note that we will close our parish office on Wednesday, November 21 at 12:00 p.m. The office will reopen on Monday, November 26 on a regular schedule.
Religious Education Classes
There will be no religious education classes on Sunday, November 25 so our catechists can spend time with their families over the Thanksgiving weekend. This includes the 9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. sessions. Classes will resume on Sunday, December 2.
The Give a Gift Christmas program will soon be available with gift tags requesting items that families throughout the area need. Your participation in this program will ensure that these families have Christmas gifts for their children and food for their families for the holiday celebration. The tree will be accessible for all of us to take the time to pick a tag or more and purchase the items, wrap them, and return them to the church or parish office. More details will become available, and there will be a ministry minute before each mass. Please call Judy at (910) 949.3633, Kathy at (910) 949.5592, or RoseMarie at (910) 949.4177 with questions.
What the world needs now is prayer - for our church, our country, our families, and ourselves. Please join together as we pray the Holy Rosary. Our Lord said that "Whenever two or more are gathered in my Name, I am with you." There is great power in the Rosary when we pray as a group. We will build community as we share our struggles and our blessings. We will meet in the parish hall on Tuesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. For more information, contact Jeanne and Bill Hammond via email.
